Vila-sacra U.E

This year I start to play football in the team of my little village called Vila-Sacra. I decided to play football for do any sport because in my infancy I didn't play on anything. In the team we are 21 players but only 18 with right to play. We training two times for a week. The duration of the training is two hours but sometimes we run theerty minutes continues. During the week we training around 4-5 hours. Every week, we play a match with others teams of the Alt Empordà. We play in the Quarta Catalana in the 31th group. We don't are the best football player of the country but we are competitors. The team was composed for boys of all the ages: sixteen, twenty, thirty... I'm the youngest player of the team because I'm 16 years old. But there are two more adolescence in the team called  Andriy and Christian. They live in the village and we went in the same highschool, Ies Castelló d'Empúries. Nowadays, we are in a difficult moment because we win also one match of the seven that we are played. But we will recover and we will win a lot of matches. I feel so good in the team because the people are very fun. Also, I feel better doing sport.

 

My favourite football player

Carles Puyol is my favourite soccer player. He is my favourite soccer player because he has a real sentiment of the Catalen Nation of Football. The position of Carles Puyol in the football pitch is central defense, but occasionally played at full back. Carles Puyol has a physical scratch which makes it veryspecial: hishair. It'slong and curly hair. This player is thirty two years old, an age not recommendedto play football, but Puyol is stronger and tough than a player of eighteen years old. Carles Puyol started to play football when he was nineteen years old in the team F.C Barcelona, he lived in the Masia of this team, and in her thirty two years old he continues playing in the same team. I wish Carles Puyol withdraw as a football player at the same club that was born, F.C Barcelona. This year is one of the most difficult on his life because he has a lot of lesions, but He always returned in the best condition. For this, He is my favourite player.

Davis Cup final: Czech Republic edge out Spain in Prague

The last 18th November of 2012 the Czech Republic won the Davis Cup. The Czech Republic team, formed by: Radek Stepanek, Thomas Berdych an other players, won the 100th Davis Cup final against Spain in Prague. The Spanish team, composed by: Almagro, Ferrer, Granollers and López, was more lower than the Czech Republic team. The final was composed by five matches disputing on three days. After this five days, the winner team wins three matches and the loser team only just win two matches. While Czechoslovakia won the Davis Cup in 1980, this is the Czech Republic's first victory as an independent nation. But Spain was winning the Davis Cup for fives times the last five years. Fos this, It was unusual that the Spanish team lose the match. But, in my opinion, Spain had lost the Davis Cup because they didn't have the best tennis player in the world: Rafael Nadal. He was injured. I'm agree with the new but I think that the Spanish team with Nadal is better than Czech Republic team.

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel won the F1 Championship

Today Sebastian Vettel becomes the world drivers title in the Brazilian GP in a exciting race. Before starting the race, Vettel was forteen points up from Fernando Alonso. He only had to finish the race in the zone points, and after a dramtic race, He had been the world champion only in the 6^th position. In this year, the rivalry with Ferando Alonso was extreme during the championship. But the German driver, always been front the Spanish racer. His car was more competitor than the Ferrari car, but Alonso was very good in all the races. Today, in the Brazillian GP, Vettel starts the race with a big problem: a collision with another car (Bruno Senna), but he went back and he finish the race in the zone points. Summarizing, this year Red Bull and Sebastian Vettel are the bid winners of de F1 Championship, for three times consecutive... In my opinion, Alonso deserves to win the F1, but the Ferrari car isn't good. I'm agree with the new but Alonso is better than Vettel.

Gangnam Style becomes YouTube's most viewed video

Today, 25^th November of 2012, the song Gangnam Style becomes the most viewed video on Youtube of the world. The song, interpreted by a South Korean group called Psy, has more than 810 millions of viewers on Youtube. It is very funny and famous thanks to the untypical dance of the video. In it, the portly Psy dances as though he is trotting on a horse, holding the reins and spinning a lasso in a manner that has sparked a global dance craze. The video also features the South Korean singer reclining on a sun lounger in tight pink shorts, gazing longingly at a girl dancing on an underground train in tight shorts and gesticulating at a woman working out on a beach in tight shorts. Gangnam Style, which won best video at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards, has also been number one in 28 countries. It holds the Guinness World Record for the most "liked" song ever currently with a little under 5.4 millions of likes on YouTube.

I think the video is funny but also is very male chauvinist because the girl always dress shorts pants. I agree with the new because I see the video and It the funniest video I ever see.

Adrian Mole & 13

Adrian Mole and Tracy are differents examples of teenagers. Tracy is rebel, irresponsible, and she has bad influences, but Adrian is calm and responsible. But They also have things in common. They have got the same age, their parents have separed, they have family problems and They have new experiences. Tracy is more popular in the school, she smokes, she consume drugs, she has sex... Adrian feels his first love. So, both of them pass through a bad phase. In my opinion, I think that in the book, Adrian explains his problems in a funny way because he talks about his spots, his girlfriend, his “thing”, his sex magazines and other fun stuff. And in the film, the story is more dramatic and cruel, and some scenes have very shocking. If I have to choose between the book and the film, I don't know what would. I think the films is more expressive and makes you look real problems, but I also liked the book because it explained the problems of the adoslescence seen a fun and not so dramatic.

Rebel song

The most classical rebel song in the world I think is "Imagine" of John Lennon where the autor of the song explains his feels about the world. In the song He imagine a world where the hell, the countries, the possessions and the religions doesn't exist. A world where all the people living for today, where nothing to kill or die for... He dreams about a world where the people lives in peace. He wasn't the only one that says this, but He was a dreamer. 

I choose this song because It's a beautiful rebel song. I sang the song when I was a child and I agree with the message: A world where the people were happy.  I don't believe that such a world could exist. But we can all dream about it. Also, John Lennon is a classical singer who write rebel songs with his music group, The Beatles. Finnaly, this song was very famous around the world at the 70th, but nowadays, a lot of people sing It around the world.

 

 

A clockwork orange

The last film I have seen was "A clockwork orange" a very peculiar film. Te film explain the life of a bad and crazy boy and his group of criminals. They are a violators group who one day they go to in home where the protagonist take an sexual abuse of a girl. The police arrest Alex (the protagonist) and from that time, the english government do a lot of phycological test of Alex. They put Alex in a lot of malign test for rehabilitate the boy. But they don't rehabilitate the boy, they only turn the mind of Alex, because the test consisted by pass a lot of images of violence from the protagonist and He go crazy. After this, the police leave Alex and He returned to home. But his family don't love the boy and He don't have home. Also, He see his old group of criminals, but they hurt his self. Finally, the protagonist died by the boy of the wife who Alex violate. I think that film is very good but also, a lot of scenes are very shocking.

FIN

The last book I have read is Fin, "end" in English. I read the book because It was an obligatory reading in the class of Spanish, in the Ies Castelló d'Empúries. In the exam I have a note of 9'2. I think that book was very poor about the content, but the story was very intriguing and exciting. It was the first book of the writer, David Monteagudo. For this, the content and the stucture was very poor. But the story and the characters are good. The story explain the end of the world based in a group of friends who are the lasts humans in the world. They didn't understand anything but they had gone in a little village where the animals controlled the streets. Finally, two only persons were alive, they lived some adventures but finally one of them dissapeared. Only one girl called Eva survived, but also, She dissapeared and that is the end of the book. I don't like this book because the end is very poor and strange. Also, we don't know the reason of the disappearances, where the people are after their disappearances and we don't know what is the cause of the end of the world.  

I know that this week in the cinemas released the film based in the book, also called Fin. But the people said that the book is better than the film because it is an spanish film.

Mi life in ages and stages

Hello my name is Adrià and today I will talk to you about my oral presentation: My life with ages and stages. In this presentation I will explain my life organized by the general stages of the life of all humans: the infancy, the childhood, the adolescence and the adulthood.

Now, I start this presentation asking you about one thing: What's the first stages in the life of our lives? You know? (Yes, is the infancy). For this, I start explaining you about my infancy.

1. My infancy started the 3 of August of nineteen ninety-six, the day of my born. I was born in the city of Girona, in Catalonia. At the moment of my born, at 8'30 a.m, I weighed 3kg. I was born in the hospital Josep Trueta, the most important hospital of the city. I stayed for five days in the hospital with my family, but when I let the hospital, I went to home, finally. My mother says me that at the moment of my born, She was very happy, but She said: God less me!

2. Now, I will explain you my life when I was a baby of two years old. When I was two, I lived in the Carrer Nou, in Figueres. I went in a nursery called Girasol. There were a lot of childrens in the nursery, but in the actuality, I have a good friend from it. I remember, my parents bought me a tricycle for my second anniversary. It was beautiful but I fell on it a lot of times, for this, I don't keep a good memory of the tricycle. It was horrible.

3. My childhood started when I was 3 years old. I remember at the age of 4, my parents bought me a new bicycle, there was bigger than the tricycle but much more secure for me. I remember that in the same year, I went to live in France because my father found a new work for be a doctor. There, I knew a lot of friends that in the acctuality I have even. In France I learnt a lot french, but now I don't remember anything. I stayed in France one year.

4. After my stage in France, my family went to live in Vila-sacra, my actual village. Also, I began my school age in the Joana d'Empúries school, where I stayed for five years. There, I knew a lot of my actuals friends for example Pablo and Gerard. At the age of 8 years old I went to hollidays in Egipt for one week. There, I looked the biggest pyramid in the world, the esfing, a lot of museums and the river Nile. At the age of 9, I had the most difficult year of my life because I had an accident of bicycle and I failed two months in the school.

5. Now I'm a teenager because I'm 16 years old. I'm doing 1^st Bachillerat in the Castello d'empúries highschool, place where I knew a lot of new friends. At the moment, I play football in the team of my village. I'm playing in Quarta Catalana in the group 31, We don't are the best football players in the zone but We are competitors. One of the things that I'm thinking about, is the debate of the independence of Catalonia. What do you think about this discussion? Is Catalonia capicity for be independence? Why?

6. I don't know my future adulthood, but I know that I want to be in a future. I will to go to the university for study medicine, but It's so difficult because I need a very good mark of the Bachillerat. For this, one of my year resolution is study every day for, one day in the future, be a good doctor. Also, at the age of 18, I will to have the driving licence and drive my car in the big cities of Barcelona, Madrid, New York...

7. This is my oral presentation and now, I hope you know a little more from me. Have you got any questions?

Self-evaluation

In my opinion my presentation was good but It should have been better. Now, I will explain the oral presentation with the next sections:

 

Presentation: I used the power point for do the presentation. It was good but there are other best programmes for do an oral presentation, for example the prezi. I put a lot of pictures on it. So, I think that would be 10 out of 10.

 

Body Language: In this aspect I should do better because during the presentation I don't move my body and I have a lot of nervous.  So, I think that would be 5 out of 10.

 

Structure: For my, the structure of the presentation was good because I organized my life in ages and stages in order of ages: when I child.... and finally when I will be elderly. So, I think that would be 10 out of 10.

 

Content: I tolk about my life in ages and stages and I explained all the stages in 5-10 lines. I explained a lot of curiositys about my life: where I lived in all of my stages, things I think during my life, my dreams, my acctitudes and my life during the adolescence. The information was complete but poor comparate with others presentations. So, I think that would be 30 out of 40.

 

Language: I thing my language was good but It should have been better because during the presentation I don't explain about all the things there are in the text. Also, I used a lot of populars words about the stages of the life: the childhood, the infancy, the toddler, the adolescence and the elderly. So, I think that would be 10 out of 20.

 

Pronunciation: I have to improve my pronunciation, so I have to practise more. I know how I have to say the words, but I think that with nerves I don't remember it. So, I think that would be 5 out of 10

 

Total: I had a 7 in my final mark. I think that this note was good, but I want more, so I have to improve

Hola el meu nom és Adrià i avui parlaré sobre la meva presentació oral: La meva vida amb les edats i etapes. En aquesta presentació explicaré la meva vida organitzada per les etapes generals de la vida de tots els éssers humans: la infància, l'adolescència i l'adultesa.Ara, començo aquesta presentació fent una pregunte sobre una cosa: Quina és la primera etapa de les nostres vides? (Sí, és la infància). Per això, començo explicant la meva infància.1. La meva infància va començar el 3/08/12, el dia del meu naixement. Vaig néixer a la ciutat de Girona, a Catalunya. En el moment del meu naixement, en 8'30 am, pesava 3 kg. Vaig néixer a l'Hospital Josep Trueta de Girona, l'hospital més important de la ciutat. Hi havia un munt de nens a la guarderia, però en l'actualitat, tinc un bon amic d'ella. Recordo que els meus pares em van comprar un tricicle per el meu segon aniversari. Era bonic, però vaig caure-hi un munt de vegades, per això, no guardo un bon record del tricicle. Va ser horrible.3. La meva infància va començar quan jo tenia 3 anys d'edat. Recordo que en l'edat de 4 anys, els meus pares em van comprar una bicicleta nova, no era més gran que el tricicle, però molt més segur per a mi. Recordo que en el mateix any, em vaig anar a viure a França perquè el meu pare va trobar una nova feina per ser metge. Allà vaig conèixer un munt d'amics que al acctuality tinc encara. My grandmother, a special women

She was born in 1927, in Anllares de Sil a village in the north of Castilla y Leon, but nowadays she's 85 years old. When she was young, she lived with her parents and her two sisters. Her parents names were Paco and Soraya. Her dad died when she was 7 years in the Spanish Civil War and her mother died when she was 56 years for an heart attack. Her two sisters names are Petrita and Montse. One lives in Seville and other in Zaragoza, due to the distance that their relationship is scarce. They only meet in the holidays and Christmas. Her relationship with her parents was very friendly and good. When her father died, her mother was stay alone and sad.

Her biggest idol was Leon Jouhaux, Nobel Peace Prize in 1951 to fight for unions and workers, who had the privilege of knowing in a trip to Paris. She liked go to school, because in her times it was very important to study for work on anything. When she went in the school, her favourite subject was the biology, because she went to the laboratory and there, she do many experiments. When she was young, her dream was to be a biologist for do a lot of experiments in her laboratory and discover new species. But mainly, her biggest dream was to win a Nobel Prize. Her favourite film was Memories of Africa, she saw many films in her life, but she never seen a film better this. That film was directed with her favourite director, Sydney Pollack.

 

 

 

My favourite spanish TV series

La que se avecina is my favourite Spanish TV serie. This series explains the life and the adventures of a community of neighbors. The residents of the community are crazies and bitters. The building where the stories are explained is called Mirador de Montepinar, this building is composed of ten homes and four building plants.

In the first floor, there are two homes. A family lives in the first formed by Enrique, Araceli and their son. But another family lives in the second home formed by Maite, Amador and four children.

In the second floor, there are three homes but two belong to the same landlord, a marriage formed by Antonio Recio and Berta. Antonio is a very crazy fishmonger. In my opinion, He is the best actor in the series because He makes me laugh a lot. Another marriage of elderly people lives n the third home formed by Gregoria and Vicente. 

O the third floor, there are three homes. In the first home there is a geek, an ugly boy called Leonardo. In the second home there is a defaulter called Germán and in the last home there is a group of  girls.

Finally, in the penthouse there are two homes. The first home is formed by a young marriage, Lola and Javier. Finally, in the second home there is an actor with his brother.

Fairy tale

Far far away, there was a village called The Comarc. In this village, there were a Real Family called Hollow. This family was composed of William and Emma Hollow, the kings. They had two daughters, Dorha and Fiona. The family was very famous and rich, but with a big problem: Fiona. In her childhood, she used to be a good girl and very good with the studies. But two months ago, she had a terrible problem in the forest of The Comarc. Two months ago, Fiona had gone to the forest to catch some mushrooms and deliver them to the poor. But in the meantime, It started to rain. For this, the girl went to the first home to protect herself from the rain. But she chose the worst home, the house of Gandalf, the devil ancient of The Comarc. At the moment that the princess entered in the home, the ancient devil hurt Fiona and she became unconscious. After one day, the police jailed the ancient devil and the princess went to the hospital. For this reason, the princess was crazy and the family lost a lot popularity.

- Hello Pet, How are you?

- Very well thanks. But this is your interview. Tell me, you work in...

- OK. I'm a football player.

- In which football team do you play in this moment?

- At present, I stay in the club R.C.D. Espanyol.

- Is It a first division club or a second division club?

- My club is from the first division club, in Spain called LFP or Liga BBVA.

- How long has your team been in the LFP?

- The club has been in the first division club for 10 years. But for two times they were in the second division club.

- Tell me about your relation with your coatch...

- It's name is Pochettino, and our relation are very good because, erm... He trust me a lot.

- Who has a better relationship with you in the team?

- There are loads – but my best footballmate in the club is Rui Fonte, He is my best friend.

- Before coming here, in which football club did you play?

- I played in a lot of clubs in Italy – ha, ha! But last year, I played in Bologne F.C, in the Serie A.

- Now, we will speak about your personal life.

- Sure, I'm ready.

- OK. What do you do in your free time?

- I watch TV programs, listen to music, play the guitar with my rock band... the usual stuff, I think.

- Oh yes! The rock band is called The Phyllosophers. We play contemporany rock music.

- How many times for week you train with your band rock? And Where?

- We have a store in the center of the Barcelona. There, we train about three times a week and sometimes on weekends we do a concert.

- Very good! Now, describe your typical week evening.

- I go training four times a week and on Saturday or Sunday I play a football match. We, the players, usually have lunch together in a restaurant in Mataró to become more friends. Also, I train about three times a week with my rock band. Finally, We play games of the Playstation, for example Fifa 13. I really like It.

- Where do you live in this moment?

- Now, I live in an apartment that the club gave me and four other footballmates.

- Who do you live with?

- I live with Forlín, Rui Fonte, Chica and Christian Álvarez. They are a good people.

- But, Where are your family?

- Emm.. My family lives in Italy, in a village called Fiorence.

- Do you like spanish or Itilian food?

- A bit of both. I suppose I prefer the italian food because this food is from my country, I really miss Italian food!

Hello Lourdes!!

I write this e-mail to tell you about my aspirations or dreams for this and the next year. This year I begin 1st of Bachillerat at the high school of Castelló d'Empúries, a little village in Catalonia. This year isn't a normal year during my stage in school student. This year is the most important, with 2nd of Bachillerat, because to take the degree of medicine I must get an average of 8'5 or 9 of all the subjects of Bachillerat. Last year, I did 4th ESO and I got an average of 8 of all the subjects, It was a good mark, but not sufficient to do medicine. For this, this year I will study a lot, but no the day before the exam, now I will study a little every day. My father is a doctor in France, and He said to me the only way to be an excellent doctor is: “have a good self-autonomy to study every day without pause”. After these words, I decided to study every day for, someday, be a good doctor. Besides, this is the second that I have an English blog. Last year was very easy to get a good mark of the blog because the level was more lower. But this year, the level is a little more difficult: last year the texts were longer than this year.

Finally, I wish that you like the e-mail and I will remind you one thing: in this year I will have a better mark than last year.
